Terms, privacy and refunds

Using Kwikri AI Academy
When you buy a course you get a personal, lifetime licence for one learner to study it online. You may not share your login, or copy, record, screenshot, print, resell or publish course lessons, exams or other material, in full or in part. Your account can be logged in on one device at a time, and lessons carry a watermark with your name and email so that copies can be traced. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, without a refund. All course content belongs to Kwikri Group Ltd and is protected by copyright.
Certificates confirm that the named person passed our online exam for that course. They are not a government or university qualification.
Payments
Prices are shown in the currency for your country, which we work out from your internet (IP) address, and include any taxes we are required to charge. M-Pesa payments are charged in Kenyan shillings. Card payments are charged in the currency shown at checkout. M-Pesa payments are processed by Safaricom and card payments by Paystack. We never see or store your M-Pesa PIN or card number.
Refunds
If a course isn't right for you, email support@kwikri.online within 7 days of payment with your payment receipt, and we'll refund you in full as long as you have completed fewer than half of its lessons and haven't earned its certificate. Refunds go back to the number or card you paid with within 5 working days.
If you were charged but your course didn't unlock, contact us and we'll either unlock it or refund you.
Children and teens
Accounts must be created and paid for by an adult aged 18 or over. Children may study our kids and teens courses using a parent's or guardian's account, under that adult's supervision. We don't ask for children's contact details. The only information about a child we store is the name a parent types for the certificate and the child's learning progress in the parent's account.
Some lessons link to free third-party websites (such as Teachable Machine, Scratch, Machine Learning for Kids and Google Colab), which have their own terms and age requirements. Parents should review these and help children use them.
Privacy
To show prices for your country, your IP address may be checked with a country lookup service (country.is) or our hosting provider; we store only the country code. We collect your name, email, phone number, payment records and learning progress so we can run your account, issue certificates and support you. Your name, course and date appear publicly only when someone enters your certificate code on the verify page.
Cookies, analytics and ads. We use a session cookie to keep you logged in, and a cookie that remembers which website or campaign link brought you to us (for 90 days). We may also use Google Analytics and advertising tools from Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok to understand how people use the site and to measure our ads. These tools set their own cookies and receive information such as the pages you visit and whether you bought a course, but not your password or payment details. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
AI chat assistant. Our website chat is answered by an AI assistant (Anthropic's Claude). What you type is sent to Anthropic to create the reply and is saved by us so we can improve our answers. If you ask for a call, we keep your name, phone and the details you give so our team can call you. Don't share passwords, M-Pesa PINs or card numbers in the chat.
Marketing emails. We only send you news and offers if you agree when you sign up or on your My learning page, and you can stop at any time. We will still email you about your account and payments.
We don't sell your data. We keep it while your account is open, and you can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@kwikri.online. This follows the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
